The dominant polysilicon project features small investment, low energy consumption, high yield, high quality products, and better economic benefits. The project design was honored with National Silver Medal of Excellent Engineering Design for several times and once won the EPC Project Golden Key Award.

The SINOSICO Phase-I Project was put into production in 2005 successfully. It has become the first industrialization demonstration production line in China.

The SINOSICO Phase-II Project was kicked off in 2006, and put into production in early 2007. This is China’s first polysilicon production line with a capacity of 1,000 tons. This project was honored with the Fifth Session of Engineering Project Management and EPC Golden Key Award by China Exploration and Design Association (CEDA) in 2010.

The SINOSICO Phase-III Project was established in 2007 and put into production by the end of 2008. It was the polysilicon production line with the largest single capacity at that time.

The Phase-IV Production Expansion and Phase-V Byproducts Recycling and Utilization Projects were completed successively. Since then, SINOSICO has achieved mass production of polysilicon with a capacity of 10,000 tons.

Currently, the SINOSICO Phase-VI Project is being prepared. The project is expected to be completed in 2015; after operation of this project, SINOSICO production capacity of polysilicon will reach 15,000 tons, and the electronic-grade polysilicon production will reach 2,000 tons.
